Fluid Couture is a photographic project that examines fashion imagery as a constructed surface rather than a representation of reality.The work explores how beauty, identity, and visual desire are shaped through distortion, framing, and painterly intervention.
The project emerged from a critical engagement with conventional fashion photography, using controlled visual disruption to question familiarity and expectation.
The resulting images present fashion as fluid and unstable, where identity becomes ambiguous and transient. Each image functions as a constructed visual system rather than a document.
The series was published in Eyemazing Magazine.
